Standardized access to device parameters

CETONI devices are connected to one another via CAN bus and use the CANopen protocol for standardized access to all device parameters. Many PLC controllers, such as devices from Beckhoff, B&R or WAGO, already have CANopen interfaces for direct connection of our devices or can be expanded to include CANopen capabilities using bus couplers.

In the neMESYS Firmware Specification, you will find detailed information about accessing the device parameters via CANopen and controlling the pump with your Beckhoff or WAGO PLC.

Other device manufacturers disclose the serial protocol of their pumps – we go one step further. CETONI offers an extensive RS232 C library for the integration of neMESYS pumps in customer-specific microcontroller-based control solutions.

CAN power cable or RS232 power cable

For CAN bus or RS232 and power supply

With the appropriate adapter cable, you can easily connect your CETONI devices to the CAN bus or the RS232 interface of your control system. You can feed the 24V needed for the supply of the CETONI devices via the two cable strands.
