Durch eine anschlie\u00dfende chemische Charakterisierung der Proben, wie einer Multielementanalyse, k\u00f6nnen R\u00fcckschl\u00fcsse auf die kleinskaligen Gegebenheiten und Prozesse im Sediment gezogen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammenfassend konnte ein Setup zur Probenahme mittels der CETONI Ger\u00e4te entwickelt werden, das eine kontinuierliche und millimetergenaue Beprobung wasserges\u00e4ttigter Grenzschichten erm\u00f6glicht.
