Die automatisierte Probenblage f\u00fcr die nachfolgende quantitative HPLC-Analyse der Reaktionsg\u00fcte erfolgte mittels des rotAXYS Samplehandling Systems.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt zeigt diese Publikation anschaulich, wie mit CETONI-Ger\u00e4ten ein kompletter Applikationsaufbau von der Reaktion bis hin zur Probenahme f\u00fcr die Analyse mit der gewohnten Pr\u00e4zision der neMESYS-Spritzenpumpen automatisiert werden kann.
