Die reproduzierbare Synthese solcher Nanopartikel ist aufgrund vieler Reaktionsparameter, die die optischen und elektrischen Eigenschaften der Partikel beeinflussen, recht schwierig. Auch Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, Form und Dispersion k\u00f6nnen sp\u00fcrbaren Einfluss aus\u00fcben.<\/p>\n<p>Chow et al. berichten in ihrem wissenschaftlichen Artikel \u00fcber eine neue, str\u00f6mungsgesteuerte Methode zur Synthese von Goldnanopartikeln unter Verwendung einer auf einer Fl\u00fcssig-Fl\u00fcssig-Membran basierenden Trenntechnologie.<\/p>\n<h3>Labor Setup<\/h3>\n<p>Die str\u00f6mungsgesteuerte Synthese von Nanopartikeln hat viele \u00fcberzeugende Vorteile. Die pr\u00e4zise Steuerung der Reaktionsparameter und der Umgebungsbedingungen gew\u00e4hrleisten optimalere Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis, Verweilzeiten und Temperaturen. Schlie\u00dflich minimiert die flussgesteuerte Synthese die Variabilit\u00e4t von Charge zu Charge und profitiert gleichzeitig von der erh\u00f6hten Ausbeute und Qualit\u00e4t der Goldnanopartikel.<\/p>\n<p>In dem Artikel beschreiben Chow et al. eine flusskontrollierte Studie zur Synthese von DMAP-stabilisierten Goldnanopartikeln, die in drei Synthesestufen aufgeteilt ist. Basierend auf dem modularen neMESYS Spritzenpumpensystem und CETONI\u2018s Automatisierungssoftware QmixElements konnte ein neuartiges Flusssetup f\u00fcr die Goldnanopartikelsynthese realisiert werden. Ein Setup aus sechs CETONI neMESYS Mitteldruck-Spritzenpumpen wurde verwendet, um den exakten und pulsationsfreien Flussstrom zu erzeugen, der die Bildung von TOAB-Au stabilisierten Nanopartikeln unter Verwendung von Natriumborhydrid als Reduktionsmittel erm\u00f6glicht. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde eine Peristaltikpumpe (peRISYS-S, CETONI) verwendet, um drei L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr das Waschen von TOAB-Au stabilisierten Nanopartikeln in einer 2 m langen Mischspule zu f\u00f6rdern. F\u00fcr eine effektive Diffusion und advektive Mischung wurde in der dritten Stufe ein Glas-Silizium-Split-and-Recombine-Mikromischer (CETONI) verwendet.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2364 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cetoni.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Anwendung_Chow.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"835\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cetoni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Anwendung_Chow.png 1280w, https:\/\/cetoni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Anwendung_Chow-300x196.png 300w, https:\/\/cetoni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Anwendung_Chow-1024x668.png 1024w, https:\/\/cetoni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Anwendung_Chow-768x501.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zur Trennung der organischen und w\u00e4ssrigen Phase wurde ebenfalls eine Fl\u00fcssig-Fl\u00fcssig-Membran verwendet. Um den Druck auf beiden Seiten f\u00fcr eine effiziente Trennung auszugleichen, sind pr\u00e4zise Druckmessungen unerl\u00e4sslich. Das Druckmodul QmixP von CETONI wurde verwendet, um stromaufw\u00e4rts einen eventuellen Druckaufbau durch Nanopartikel-Aggregation, der zu einer Verstopfung des T-Mischers f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnte, zu \u00fcberwachen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen dieser brillanten Forschungsarbeit konnte erstmals eine Fl\u00fcssig-Fl\u00fcssig-Membran-basierte Trennung von Goldnanopartikeln demonstriert werden.
